The „keyboard basic“ is a complete keyboard system for controllingall machine functions of an injection moulding machine. Its designand dimensions are matched to the SIMATIC OP 170B.
Combined with the graphics-capable SIMATIC OP 170B, thekeyboard provides user-friendly control of the machine.
A complete automation solution for injection moulding machines ispossible together with a SIJECT CI board (CI 16 orCI 16 DP).
The injection moulding machine can be operated from the machinefront with keyboard basic.
The key machine movements are controlled with the oblong,rounded keys.
Up to nine keys are provided for quick direct selection ofscreen views.
Another 11 rectangular keys activate various machinefunctions.
The activated operating states are shown by a series of LEDindicators.
An Emergency-Stop button can be incorporated in the machine’ssafety interlock.
