DCB ExtensionWith DCB Extension, additional libraries can be added asspecifically programmed blocks to the standard block library. As aresult, complex tasks can be implemented in the drive and theinternal know-how protection can be increased as a Black Box. Theseblocks or libraries are programmed with the separate SINAMICS DCBStudio development tool in the C/C++ high-level language and can beused as a DCB Extension library for SINAMICS DCC in the TIA Portaland SINAMICS DCC in STARTER. The use of these blocks from DCBExtension libraries requires a SINAMICS DCB Extension runtimelicense.

1、检查电动机的UVW是否正确连接。
2、是否产生大扭矩？→请通过前面板上的“d04.Trq”进行检查。→当处于大扭矩（通常为300％）时，请减小加减速或负荷，以避免大扭矩。
3、在小输出时，测量相之间的电阻以检查不平衡。如果存在不平衡，请更换电动机。（对于大输出，绕组电阻为1Ω或*低，难以判断）
4、检查电动机的接地。测量U，V和W与地面之间的电阻。如果不是无限大，请更换电动机。西门子PLC模块广东授权代理商
